Immerse yourself in a transformative week dedicated to deepening your yoga and spiritual practice, receiving personalised recommendations tailored to your unique body type and gaining insights on holistic wellness. These two week-long courses, part of the 11-week Freedom to Create programme, offer profound enrichment whether you join us for just the week or the full programme.
THE YOGA OF LIFE

We offer an immersive experience featuring Hatha Yoga and Ayurvedic practices, designed to provide a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and soul.
Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and meditation. This practice aims to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Through a series of asanas, you will improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while pranayama techniques will help you cultivate a steady and calm mind. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Ayurvedic Practices: Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, focuses on balancing the body's energies (doshas) to maintain health and well-being. Our Ayurvedic sessions will include:
Abhyanga: A traditional Ayurvedic oil massage that involves applying warm, herb-infused oils to the body. This practice helps to detoxify the body, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
Dosha Understanding: Learn about the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which represent different body constitutions. Understanding your dosha can help you tailor your lifestyle and diet to achieve optimal health.
Dinacharya (Daily Routines): Discover daily routines and practices that help maintain balance and harmony in your life, such as oil pulling, tongue scraping, and specific dietary guidelines.
Herbal Treatments: Explore the use of Ayurvedic herbs and spices to support digestion and boost immunity.
