This Spring, we step outdoors into the garden, using our hands and voice to explore the five bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, astral) with an integration week to ground the experience.
Intentional cooking, cultivating the land, awakening energy, and freeing expression become gateways to a deeper independence: the responsibility to create in freedom.

Immerse yourself in a diverse range of courses: from vegan cuisine and DIY practices to permaculture, from Qi Gong to energy work and self-healing, you will be guided by international teachers:

This Fall, as the days grow shorter, we turn inward to the hidden layers of the five bodies (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, astral) with an integration week to anchor the journey.
Dance, dreams, ancestral wisdom, energy practices, body temple, alternative medicine, and coaching guide us into depth and alignment: creating freely, living responsibly.
